We, Softex Consultancy Services LLP would like to introduce ourselves as a Business Advisory and Project Consultancy firm in the field of Software Technology Parks of India scheme (STPI) Special Economic Zone scheme (SEZ), Export Oriented Unit scheme (EOU) and IT Park scheme since the year 2000. We undertake the registration of units under various schemes and provide the complete spectrum of services in all matters concerning Duty - free imports and other regulatory matters. So far, we have successfully completed the registration for more than five thousand units under various schemes across India.

We conduct seminars and workshops for working professionals regarding the legal and procedural aspects for setting up units under STP, SEZ and EOU, MOOWR schemes and its compliances.

Our Customs Clearing and Forwarding division takes care of the clearance of imported cargo from Airport, Seaport and ICD without demurrage. It co-ordinates various activities among Customs, Freight Forwarders, Port Authorities, Transporters etc. for the smooth and speedy clearance of Shipments.
